Built by the same production unit as low Mayones EB4, the Fame Baphomet like him so to be mistaken. Tested with a friend, I compared with EB4, my Corvette, my Jazz, and a Cort Artisan Fodera my friend. All on the same amp, an H & K Quantum trick thing. No complaints, sends more bass in a backstage. The rest is a matter of taste, the other being low too different. The only comparable in both violin and electronic level and there is the Corvette, there's no photo. Without denigrating the qualities of my Warwick, The Fame sounds better, more punchy and is easy to handle.
With the budget, I might have hesitated longer with Mayones, very compact in sound and very well made. But I finally no regrets.
