Hey guys,
im new here, and this is my first post.
I recently got a DM5 sound unit, and 2 trigger pads, to supplement my acoustic kit. Im going to add some acoustic triggers later, but these work for right now.
I know the DM5 comes with 550 prerecorded sounds, but im wondering if there is some sort of expansion pack? Lots of what im trying to do cannot be accomplished with the pre-set sounds.
Is there a way to edit the pre-set sounds? Increase the decay or increase reverb?

If not, how are people utilizing a DM5 in conjunction with an acoustic kit?

thanks!
Bryan

After checking out the manual; http://www.alesis.com/stuff/contentmgr/files/0/f3fe476d7c71b1db6e8324cdd49d45fe/file/alesis_dm5_refmanual.pdf

it seems like it doesn't take extension cards or modules. it seems you can edit drum sets but not individual sounds, or at least not very much.
