HERCULES 16/12 FW Problems... Any info?

So I've had my Hercules 16/12 FW for a year... ok for a year and a month... just long enough for the warranty to die off. I have 2 channels squeeling to high hell. The 9 channel is a .25" and the 12 channel is a Neutrix jack. The Neutrix can be fixed by tapping the gain pot that's controlling it. But the .25" is constant and loud. Any ideas?!?!?
