Good preamps interested me. I heard some comparisons on the net with the registration and FIREPOD edirol. There is no comparison.
UTILIZATION
Some problems during installation (I use the stuff for 3 years) with cubase, but more due to my stuff + my incompetence. Then everything went for the better. Today is the past, and I must say it works rather well ... Even while recording multiple tracks simultaneously.
GETTING STARTED
Well, yes. It works, the updates are stable.
OVERALL OPINION
The sound is dynamic, easy to use. And repair fast enough. Yes, yes, I had to experiment with the VAS. Loss of a preamp ... Back in the U.S., about a month of travel, repaired nickel. Good. Nothing to say. Seriously.
I repeat the same trick, at least from PreSonus. Because I found it worked pretty well.
