Sequencing my keyboard with my mbox and protools

Im running my fantom G6 to my mbox through digital coaixal cables and recording into pro tools through the S/PDIF input.Im putting the whole beat on one track which is incorrect.
I cant get pro tools to sync with the keyboard. please HELP!

my beats could be way better if I could get this to work.
