This is a chorus pedal.
We have 4 knobs, which are the "level" (output), the "rate" (speed), the "depth" (depth of the chorus) and "filter", double knob ring (for adjusting bass and treble).
Format Boss (125x70) robustness that we know, input and 2 outputs for stereo.
9v power supply standard. Hatch for the battery, also in classic Boss.

We are dealing with a digital pedal.

UTILIZATION

I use it, not in the effects loop of my amp, but between the latter (a JMP1), and my PowerAmp, using two outputs, one per channel of power, all in two 2x12 cabs .. . a treat!

I said that I do not use that its almost clear.
Being a bit "addict distortion", it allows me to work in his clear embellishing my sound ... however, all chorus I tested (its so clear!), Not brought me the clarity and this atmosphere, I find no coloration.

SOUND QUALITY

I found the crystal effect, very transparent, as long as it not abuse settings "extreme" where there as many chorus it becomes invasive in the bad sense.
I repeat, I use it to embellish my chorus arpeggios clean, and it does it well, without spoiling anything at the amp and / or the guitar ... just that little hint! The lightness of the EFET chorus!

If you want more distinctive and colorful, Harmonix Electro (mostly), and MXR await you!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for only 3 months!

Before this, I tried the Boss CH1 (less accurate), the EHX Small Clone (typed while being too warm, but not to my taste), the Jacques Meistersinger at (very clean, crystal .. . my favorite!), and some multi fX ...

I stupidly sold my Meitersinger to try other chorus, while I loved this pedal! I just found a bit of it in this CE5! A specific effect, not intrusive, very addictive because of its lightness.

For fifty € OCCAZ it worth. You can even buy to test the comfort of your home and sell it if it does not suit you.

About me, the QPR is very good. The "Jacques" was 2X more expensive for info!
