Value For Money :
Excellent
Digital Chorus pedal, Boss standard format.
Controls Level, Rate, Depth and a classic double handy knob Filter, which removes the demand for high frequencies and severe to sculpt his sound a bit deeper.
In one input, two stereo outputs!
Powered by 9 V battery or AC adapter standard.
As usual with Boss, it's instinctive, practical, strong, I have not had one problem with this pedal.
UTILIZATION
The configuration is general, we understand very quickly what each knob. Editing sounds is easy as long as we spend time juggling Rate and Depth!
I've never been convinced of the great tone filter, which could act a little more significantly on the report. This is a personal reproach, very small.
SOUND QUALITY
Boss with a reputation for neutrality with respect pedals: It is true here, with still a very significant heat, almost unheard of for my taste on the other Boss current model, the CH1. We can get good sounds vintage chorus or 80's very realistic. In big fan of Police, I found myself.
I could test it in stereo, it's beautiful, a little careful though to review its settings because they do not act the same way in stereo (doubling time lag of the effect!).
It can calibrate almost everywhere because of its versatility, it is still enjoyable because of its heat.
OVERALL OPINION
I used it for over a year was my first chorus. I just tried the Ch1, that I do not always so.
Its price / quality ratio is concrete, I could also note that some pros use it in their rig. This choice I would do in similar circumstances. I sold it, it is now the happiness of a pal guitarist. I have since acquired a Jacques Meistersinger, but excellent mono: can I ever regret the beauty of a stereo chorus ...
I recommend it without hesitation!
