Pedal format "nano" very convenient to install on his pedalboard.

Alim. standard.

Battery included but access to the hatch requires to have a screwdriver

UTILIZATION

Ultra-simple one knob and one switch.

Manuel almost non-existent as always with EHX said that this needs a manual for a chorus with a knob and a switch spleen depth ....

This is the perfect plug and play for me.

SOUND QUALITY

This is where, in my case, the bottom hurts ... I bought this pedal after being packaged by his "sister" nano stone phaser that offers an excellent format "nano" and a very affordable price.

For the neo clone that is the same size and same price range but the sound quality is way back from the phaser from the same brand.

To continue the comparison almost rivaled the nano stone with my phaser MRX VAN HALEN while more than half the cost; the neo clone it is nowhere near the level of MXR chorus I usually use (Analog Chorus M234).

She is also overwhelmed by the visual sound liquid chorus (pedal H20) which is nevertheless a chorus that I do not appreciate too (even if it sounds good matter of taste it is rather unusual and is not suitable for my style) and I use very rarely.

Last but not least, I took out my old CF-7 Ibanez who took home dust (an entry-level pedal which chorus and flanger) and even then the Neo clone is no more than it sounds different but not better ; the chorus of the CF-7 Chorus is yet a very plain ...

It has chorus that sounds pretty good in the clear (liquid chorus especially after adding a delay) and other rather well saturated (MXR M234), the Neo clone has convinced me neither clear nor in full.

I got a better sound with humbuckers than with single, but nothing transcendent.

Seen what the competition offers (MXR M234 and the sublime CS-9 Pro MAXON) sound quality is average (5/10) no more.

OVERALL OPINION

I was quite a fan of Electro Harmonix pedals (Big Muff, Little Big Muff, stereo puslar, small stone, germanium muff 4) and for the first time I am very disappointed with where I think the title of "cheap clone" appropriate better for me than "neo clone."

I do not recommend this pedal, even if it is better to save affordable for a better chorus.
