Hi!
I just want to balance a little review for this distortion by explaining why I find it very drinkable.
The problem is often to know what's being sought. Do we want the distortion or fuzz?
I thought I needed a quart Fuzz with my Epiphone Sheraton cash but trying a lot of boxes on a Marshall Valvestate, I realized that the settings with the fuzz were virtually "no effect" so the effect was already this from the beginning. Sound dirty and slimy some love but not me.
And so I came across this little Ibanez. Easy to adjust, but not easier than others, especially, sounds that match what I was looking, no breath, so to speak. I tried it with my Fender Mustang for which I already had a DS1 distortion and I have adopted as well.
It is therefore a matter of tastes that make the sound we decide whether or not this box Ibanez. We must try a lot!

UTILIZATION

Extremely easy setup and good, the knobs, just minus all the same, can be locked to prevent accidental misadjustment.
Manuel? What manual?

SOUND QUALITY

Effects much for my taste, softer-edged or as desired.
Purchased primarily for my Epi Sheraton, adopted also for my Fender Mustang.
Small BMOL, change the battery, it does not forget a screwdriver.

OVERALL OPINION

I've had three months. (March 2009)
Tested by: Boss FZ-5, Boss DS1 (I even), Big Muff, Little Big Muff.
Q / P very well, obviously, it is not expensive.
I would buy again.
