Schaller strap-lock, used on all my basses since .. ouh the ... The beginning for what!
it's not (too) expensive, and it is essential if you move your instruments with a minimum (and even without moving, I saw a strap dja dtach is the guitar in-game and scratching down land assessment: a beautiful Flure in the handle and SOS violin!)
Consists of two separate lments:
- A strap (belt clip for the purists) provided to replace the original timber with a screw longer than the majority of standard screws, which can be screwed into the same hole without screwing in the empty -} (if by chance / luck screws origins taient longer and / or larger than the screws provided with the strap-locks, such as on Ibanez bass, a violin maker will make a nice filler of followed by the original hole mounting straps for cheap if you ask nicely ...)

Then use bte is like any you pull the small rod with a ball of lment fix the strap, and INSRE the strap into the slot.
