The phone can ring, people chatting behind me, I do (without music) a slight residual noise of conversations. No noise of air conditioning, of ordis, printers ... If I put the music (Avishai Cohen, for example), I perceive nothing in my environment.
The other advantage is that the coup I reduce the listening volume, which can only be better. Goofs silicon falling within the ear are very comfortable.
