I'm using my mixing board to run in the 6 RCA channels to the soundcard and I want to use the remaining two XLR channels directly without the mixer (because it's not possible with my setup). For these 2 XLR's, I'm using dynamic mics, not condensors. I'm using Sonar 5 Producer.

This is the problem. The volume of these two XLR channels cannot be controlled through Sonar which is odd. Neither the volume or the trim. The Delta has its own onboard mixing console but this slider doesnt control the input level either. I must be missing a setting? Has any other user ran into this problem? Thanks in advance. justin

I think they're fixed gain, other than the sliders you mentioned. Why not get a couple of cheap direct boxes and use them as two more line sources?
