Well, we is not in the high end but in a quality / price ratio.
The sound is very bright, due to a bump in the upper medium. For singing, a low-pass is required because the bass is messy.
This mic sounds still not so bad as long as use a good preamp: it is illusion, for example with LA610 or a Focusrite Liquid Channel (but the Focusrite would sound anything ...). Always a Joemeek One-Q. on the other hand, do not expect her to hell with Beringe.
OVERALL OPINION
I've never seen covers also shitty in plastoc kind of very low quality. But we bought the set for the microphone, not the cover. Therefore provide for other cases or boxes.
This mic is not "to do" with low dribbling, do not bother trying to catch bass or bass drum. For vocals or guitars, microphone behaves quite long to use a preamp a bit serious.
However, the price / quality ratio is unbeatable, much better than conventional dynamics. And for someone who does not have a big budget, who wishes to have a little fun, and although it's not so bad.
