This guitar is a little cousin in the family of Paul. The story goes that it has been manufactured to a period a little less glorious for gibson and the finish is slightly below the expertise of the brand, but even when the instrument has all the great frames of the firm (sustain , big sounds ...)
The big difference in this series comes from the microphones that are mini-humbuckers, (yet different from s p 90) which gives a sharper color and less fat in their (the purists balk ...) but the grain is very interesting Anyway.
UTILIZATION
Like all Gibsons, the handle will not suit everyone, this is not a highway for shredders. but we feel it vibrate ... for adjustments, 3 position pickups, and four knobs that are not for show.
SOUNDS
We enter the heart of the matter. The particularity of this guitar is very fast striking. It was a little big sound gibson, but also the side edges of old rockabiliennes. With a marshall, it's not that funny .. We're not in the world of death and Satus monstrueusesement deep, we are in the wild early days of noisy rock, and its clear she excels particularly for bouncy rhythm.
