Value For Money : Excellent
Gibson United States!
that's just the guarantee of a product can not coast down ...
22 jumbo frets semi, one single coil pickup, volume and tone, and that's it ....
attention! the top is that the handle is glued and mahogany and the body as the body is even a single piece of mahogany!
Well ... the finish is spartan, but at that price! effort has been made in the right places: the savings are made on the decor and time for finishing but not on the "harware" the guitar, in short smart savings ...
PS: I read on a forum that some thought the table was kind of photoengraving (because of the effect a little "box "...) No, it's just basic paint on wood!

UTILIZATION

Access to acute as on a Les Paul but the thinness of the body weight and the "light" gives an impression of easy access in the acute (it probably is because of the greater mobility of the guitar!)
the handle is round but not too broad profile between 50 'and 60' very nice to grip
the weight is ideal for playing for hours and the guitar is well balanced although the body is light!
the settings are simple, obvious but super effective! and this is the first guitar of my life on which I used the tone knob!

SOUNDS

For a blues-rock style is simply happiness!
I would say that it is the home gibson telecaster, but I'm not a fan of TVs ... but this guitar has everything precisely what is lacking in TV (in my opinion)
very low fat, roundness and warmth that is lacking in the Fender pickups
(Thank you glued the handle and mahogany !!!!)
but also has the cutting edge and super accurate! we also find a small hand in the definition of SG's
super clear sound set with a very good balance, acute severe, a warm crunch biting and a saturation that remains accurate even when stacks distos (attention even when the single coil hum!)
its clear a Fender Blues Deluxe tremolo with a little one arrives at Roy Orbison, and "Kill Bill" is like a "Silvertone", but sustain!
Marshall pushed a blues driver and we live in Angus!

OVERALL OPINION

At this price I think this guitar deserves .... the Legion of Honor? ...
In short this is an amazing guitar for its price, the type of object exactly minimalist but effective in this reason it was created!
I have two dozen guitars and I have had over a hundred in my life as a guitarist, even though my heart is always fend'ille at the sight of a vintage Start, this little guitar is really amazing and surely the best "Value" of the market! even if it can look a little repprocher his "toy" because of its simplicity execcessive.
He did miss That a touch of glamor and genre bending inlay to be 'the' reference, but at the same time we change the type of instrument, price, and therefore comparisons with other ...
anyway you Ruez over before they decide to stop production at Gibson for "self-competition" unfair deal with their other products!
