YES! even better on a JCM lamp or a Fender Hot Rod style or Twin Reverb

YES .... very distinctive vintage sound

With a Marshall JCM 900 (+ amp head) in a first step, and a Fender Hot Rod since.

The heavy distortion with a good, big sound ... more nuanced in a config crunch.
