NTI has introduced the new microphone test system RT-Microphone, a solution for quality control of microphones in production.
It is designed to provide the essential set of measurements, paired with individual tolerances for the total quality control of individual microphone components or final products, such as mobile phones, vocal microphones or headsets. The typical test cycle time is less than 3 seconds.
The NTI Microphone Test system includes the high-speed RT-2M audio analyzer and a software platform “RT-Microphone”. Further
accessories, such as reference microphones, reference speaker and automation interfaces, complete the test solution.
It offers the measurement functions: Frequency Response, Sensitivity, Distortion, Signal-to-Noise Ratio, and Polarity. Additionally the PureSound measurement is designed to detect any audible imperfections of the microphone.
