Do I still need Phantom Power?

I want to hook my condensor mic (Samson C01 Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone) into my Dell PC using XLR to 1/4'' and Alesis MultiMix 8USB

The question is where does Phantom Power come in because the mic works only on Phantom Power
and is this the only way I can hook a condensor mic into a pc and do all Condensor mics need Phantom Power(not including usb)

PS-- I record with SONY Acid Pro

yep, you need it
most condensers need phantom
you can get it cheap on art tube mic pre....about 39 new or used for cheaper on the bay
