edirol ur80 with tracktion

hi i have an edirol ur80 & a pcr 30...im just starting off & its a good setup for me...i recently got tracktion 2 from mackie & though they have support for external control surfaces....i cant seem to get it working....oddly enough...my pcr is able to control but the ur80 does not...i really hope someone can help me with this...because overall i find tracktion best suited for me...but it would be a lot easier if the controls would work.
(btw...just wanted to mention that using nuendo the same controls were working just fine...so theres no problem witht the controller)
