Thread Patch Changes changing sound of patch .... Motif ES Rack / Roland AX7

I have succesfully programmed my Roland AX7 to send program and patch changes for my Motif ES Rack unit.

The problem is, when I select the patches directly from the front of the Rack Unit, the patches sound great. When I select the patches from my AX7, the patches dont sound the same (added reverb, synth leads dont glissando, etc).

Any thoughts on whats happening or how to resolve this issue?
