Twisted Tools has updated Vortex, the granular sampler/sequencer for Reaktor, to version 1.5.
The new version includes several new features such as a standard sampler mode (per voice) for those occasions where granular processing isn’t desired, the ability to sequence scenes via MIDI notes and CPU optimizations said to result in a 50% reduction in many cases. The update is free for registered users.
New in version 1.5:
- High Quality (Non-Granular) Sampler Mode option per voice.
- Scene Sequencing Via MIDI.
- Major CPU Optimizations (Up to 50% reduction in most cases).
- Revised/Consolidated Manual.
