UTILIZATION
The handle end and relatively wide, with tall, wide frets (jumbo). the access is easy to acute (as a superstrate). is a skyscraper rather heavy for its class, but very well balanced. Microphones origins are fairly average in terms of price but they are largely sufficient, that said, the neck pickup a little lack of precision in the bass. They are powerful enough and it is saturated they are best expressed, but the clean sounds are quite drinkable ...
It would also, very good agreement for a skyscraper at 300 €, a mechanical oil bath ESP is good.
A very nice guitar to play!
SOUNDS
This guitar fits perfectly with my style of music (metal) but it is a very versatile guitar that can play a few styles.
I played with a multi-purpose zoom GFX-1 configuration directly connected to an overdrive sound, the sound was very decent and clean sounds quite drinkable, Night in a central position selector microphones.
8 months after edit: I play on an ENGL amp has lights and the sound is very good at all clear that saturated, but still this lack of precision in the lower neck in micro ...
I then installed a DiMarzio DP100 Super micro distortion in bridge (of OCCAZ because nine ca not worth a scratch on that price) and the difference is obvious on a tube amp, it is less showy and more dense!
I expect to change the microphone neck to solve this problem of accuracy ...
OVERALL OPINION
I use this guitar for the past 8 months, 2 months on a tube amp (ENGL screamer 50)
What I like most: the handle and shape.
What I like least: the slight lack of precision in the lower neck microphone configuration.
Level value for money I would say it's very good, it's a scratch that I would keep my life because I find it very attractive (but I have not said that I would buy no more lol). .. I would do so if this choice, budjet equal, yes, without hesitation, but the next one will certainly eclipse or ESP LTD Deluxe ...
