I've seen (and also my doctor) work long hours in a row of computer activity is not the healthiest kind.

User Protector requires just take breaks. It paramtre intervals short breaks and longer breaks, and runs 5 minutes before a warning, then put a black screen at the time of the break for the hard Specifies.
