Spectrasonics announces an OMG-1 Moog Foundation contest.
Designed by Eric Persing, the OMG-1 combines a Moog Little Phatty, Omnisphere, Mac Mini, dual iPads, dual iPods and Omni TR, all built in a hand-crafted curly maple cabinet – it is now possible to win one.
Spectrasonics has produced a new Bob Moog Tribute Library containing 700 sounds for Omnisphere created by composers and sound designers such as Hans Zimmer, Jordan Rudess, Danny Elfman and Synthogy’s Christian Martirano.
Entrants need to purchase and download the pack, create some music which utilises the sounds and upload their submission/s by 15th July. All proceeds from the library will go to the Bob Moog Foundation.
