The Legend 412 is a moving yoke wash with 12 quad-colored RGBW LEDs controllable in quadrants. It is a multi-purpose unit. The incorporation of white emitters is designed to make for better color rendering while the calibration of LEDs is designed to ensure the visual uniformity of output. A variant of the Legend 412, Legend 412 VW, incorporates white quad-colored LEDs.
The Q-Wash 560Z-LED [www.chauvetlighting.com/qwash-560zled.html] is a LED moving yoke wash light with a 6-to-32-degree zoom range, suited for highlighting specific areas or for flooding a stage with light. Powered by 91 three-watt RGBWA CREE LEDs, Q-Wash 560Z-LED features a quick pan-and-tilt speed designed to get the fixture into position quickly. The unit has both three- and five-pin DMX connections so it can complement your existing rig.
The COLORado Zoom Tour [www.chauvetlighting.com/colorado-zoom-tour.html] joins the COLORado series of wash lights for production, touring and rental houses. This LED-powered static wash light has a variable zoom of eight- to 30-degrees and includes a five-degree color-blending filter. A total of 37 two- and three-watt RGBW CREE LEDs are installed in each unit. The aluminum housing cools without fans. It is also said to be safe for on-camera use. COLORado Zoom Tour has secure Neutrik powerCON in-and-out, as well as three- and five-pin DMX connections.
The Amhaze [www.chauvetlighting.com/amhaze.html] is a water-based haze machine suited for large-scale applications. The unit is housed in a road case designed to be set on the deck or flown from truss, with Neutrik powerCON connections. Amhaze has a four-minute heat up time and a dry 3,000 cubic feet per minute of continuous output. An onboard display assigns DMX addresses and can control the fixture, while the timer system adjusts the output of haze in intervals and duration times (without DMX control).
The MVP Series comprises three modular LED video panels defined by their pixel pitch: MVP 37.5 [www.chauvetlighting.com/mvp-37–5.html], MVP 18 [www.chauvetlighting.com/mvp-18.html] and MVP 12 [www.chauvetlighting.com/mvp-12.html]. The uniform color created by tri-color SMD LEDs and the viewing angle incorporated in all three panels are said to be essential to their image. The panels’ semi-transparency is designed to add dimension to the show and the flow-through design allows for temporary outdoor installations. Each panel measures 23.62 inches by 23.62 inches (600 millimeters by 600 millimeters) and includes Neutrik powerCON and etherCON power and data connectors. The three panels share the same mounting hardware and can connect to form an LED video wall panel system of mixed resolutions. This is designed to offer flexibility for a designer to access several different pixel pitches within one interlocked wall of panels.
