Published on 06/04/14 at 05:35This is a good tool that does its job ie "VAGUELY MEASURING VOLTAGE SKINS" Those who expected more or taking that for a miracle tool is wrong.
Let's be clear:
-So it takes and this was measuring tool
-Placing the pulling tool near 1 or by placing two fingers spacing between the tool and the circle
We squeezes her skin by applying a voltage equal to each tie by reading the value on the tool
