UTILIZATION
Simple configuration with good base settings posted on the site or in the manual.
We must find the balance between the ISF and equalization to customize the sound to his desire.
SOUND QUALITY
I do not use the clean position except sometimes in direct recording ...
The crunch channel sounds good ACDCien when the couple to an amp that has the boot lamp. With a little patience, all frequencies well balanced. I initially plugged into a hybrid then a Vox Superfield and finally my all-tube Traynor. Early big disappointment this year, I found the sound cramped, squashed compared to the distortion of the amp. But with perseverance and replacing a resistor, bingo, the sound is back to full desire.
Distal side (channel 2) it sends heavy without typing in the metal, but perfect for the edgy rock.
OVERALL OPINION
A great pedal which becomes a monster with some modifications (lamp resistance), it depends then used the amp and guitar but it's still tough.
Last thing, the knobs must be cleaned regularly with a spray cleaner line contact to avoid cuts to his or sputter, it is the weak point of this little pedal.
