Goodies:
- 8 input / output
- Both micro pramplis
- The two MIDI I / O (with extension)
- Very low latency

Cons:
- Rack cable too short (1m)
- Converters on the map and not in the rack
- Qualter manufacturing rack perfectible
- Phantom power useless because not enough voltage (supply power even a DI aps)
- A little breath on the part of converters

UTILIZATION

Easy installation, just follow the manual (which is unfortunately not delivered in hard copy). Just had a long as there are no fewer than seven drivers to install (but hey let's not quibble anyway)
No incompatibility with my hardware (chipset KT400 and KT266 via)
Very simple configuration
Manuel correct.

GETTING STARTED

Drivers moderately stable:
I had problems to freeze or reboot the computer violent because of the sound card. The only solution is to fix this: change the PCI card.

Updates inexstantes of drivers (of any fawn better not rely too much on it since the production is stopped).

Very low latency, time effects tural perfectly usable.
For cons: ASIO resource-intensive if the buffer size is low (low latency).
So solution is: Save requiring low latency buffers with low, then increase the buffers for the phases of mixes with beacoup effects.

OVERALL OPINION

I use this card from 4 failing now, but I do not think I coir remake the same purchase.
Have not yet used the relement 8 inputs simultaneously would have the choice to carry my card with less E: S but better quality.
But I attribute all the same high marks to this card because it has very good quality price ratio (between 160 and 190) and if you need 8 i / o Reduces budget for a while it is a good buy.

The MODEL is bought eBand anda 008, which is identical in all respects the Inca (same drivers, same mouth, same ingredients) but includes more miditrak is an option but in Audiotrak j 'had a dire need knowing that my pc has no joystick port

- What technical specifications motivated your choice?

Er, less than 200 I wanted to have a lot of entries, pramplis Intgr not too rotten, but mostly because I had a rack more than enough of me to look at the pc derrire . It replaced my SBLive.

Save my two synths, my guitar, my mic and my static dynamic simultaneously. Note the phantom power supply on both inputs pramplifie which is sufficient for my static (12 v). I have not felt the need to switch to 24 bits (the map acquires 18 dj which is better than 16, it returns in 20) or in 92 khz (the cart efait of 48)?

- What is your config (motherboard / CPU / Ram / Hard ,...)?

I have a Duron 1800 with 1 GB of RAM (privilgier choice of the ram to the CPU).
CM: Gigabyte Nforce 2 with the dual machi nthat boosts memory in pairs.
200 GB hard drive because the audio is greedy!

- Which instruments or Systmes (console, prampli, DTD ...) you use it and how connections? ...

Fully jack connectors (+ cables for MIDI miditrak). I mix the entries on the PC. Note that the card allows direct monitoring of inputs and the monitoring of the mix. The card has an optical output but I do not use it. Ditto for the RCA.

For the price No competitor offers such. I had all of OCCAZ (it is no longer manufactured, but also distributed in Germany by the name eBand) 100

UTILIZATION

- Installation is it without problem?

No problem, the panel of the card indicates IRQ CONFLICT nickel but it works. Installation without problem on 2 pc: a Pentium 3 and a duron. ATTENTION it appears to be inconsistent with the i845 chipset, the problem with nvidia chipset 333 seems a t t he rsolu but mfiance. I pri waiting for my package that I do not have the problem I have ben t satisfied!

- Have you experienced any incompatibility?

No

- The configuration gnrale is easy?

7 drivers installed but is alone in XP (it's just long!)

- The manual is clear and sufficient? ...

The manual is adequate but nothing can replace practice, with 8 inputs and outputs, especially the need to wire crativit!

- The drivers are stable?

It may plant it is not perfect in this regard l. No reboot is then ncessaire just a clik an option in the panel. has happened a dozen times since I have (once a week c not too practical if you 2-3 hours per day).

- Are they often put day?

Obviously not up to date!
- What software do you use most often?

- What you get lag?

5 ms but I have not tried to go lower. I never heard a crack, at all good on the plan, nothing to do with my SBLive.

- How many tracks you get record / playback simultanment? ...

I dj essay 6 but just to test. it works without problem

I like the rack! (Entries too)
clearly against it by a little background noise (signal to noise around 90 dB) is livable but it is less bo nqu'une Audigy (yuck). Qd was good even its a much better finish.

My soundcard: SBLive and yamaha xg 192

- How do you report qualitprix?

Unbeatable (except may be the new Inca going out and that will make 24-bit!).

- With the exprience, you do again this choice? ...

eyes closed. I say this with a delta 44 hsit but the abscence of pramplis had cooled.

The Inca is the first step into the world of adults! (Nothing to do with a pro card for the home studio but it's all good, well above the multimedia card)
