Hey everyone

i have a problem here, and i needed some help if possible.

I'm trying to use ASIO outs on fruity loops and adobe audition at the same time, but when i have both programs running, only one of them will play sound!

I have an E-MU 1616m, and therefor am using Patchmix... seems like a conflict, so i already assigned ASIO 1/2 to fruity loops, and ASIO 3/4 to adobe audition, but it doesnt seem to work anyway! can somebody please give me some help on how to setup ASIO? it's urgent!

Thanks in advance

Tee

First thing to do is check if either of those softs have a "share audio driver with other programs" option in preferences. Sonar, for example, has this.

I don't think it will work right unless you have the Shared Driver option that the above poster mentions.. unfortunately, I believe on PC that you may be stuck. One application will take over the sound card..

Do you have to have Fruity and Adobe running at the same time?
