AudioGaming has released a public beta version of its GrooveExtractor audio to MIDI drum extractor and converter plug-in.
GrooveExtractor allows for extracting from an audio drum loop 5 components in General MIDI format: kick, snare, closed hi-hats, open hi-hats/cymbals and tom toms. You can then use each element to create new grooves.
GrooveExtractor is a VST, AU and AAX 32 and 64-bit plug-in for Mac OS X and Windows. You can download the free beta version for a limited time from audiogaming.net.
