Thread Adobe Audition 3 midi reliability

Greetings.

So for the past years, ever since i started playing instruments, i've been recording my music. With the release of Adobe Audition 3 I saw the opportunity to start using VST synths (Reactor5/Absynth/Atmosphere). The only problem is Auditions midi seems to be unreliable. Even if i set my M-Audio Revolution 7.1 to only have a 64sample ASIO buffer.
When ever i try and render a VST track notes come out missing, and these notes seem to change each time i reload the program.

Sorry if it seems like i'm just dumping this out there, but i've been searching for an answer for weeks now and if i've ended up with this problem, surely i can't be the only one. :|
