Thread Reason 3.0 Question

So i have had reason 3.0 for quite some time and just can't figure out why this is happening to me. I can get Dr.rex and Redrum to work for me, but any other sound file from the factory soundbank aren't working. I have tried them all with the combinator and none of them work. I have the full version i have put in the serial number and installed it exactly as was stated on the packaging. Why do these files not seem to work for me?? Really startin to bug me!! Thank You
