Sonar6 or Cubase SX3 which uses less CPU power?

I just saw a thread in a Sonar forum on different versions of Sonar using more CPU power than others.Supposedly the new ver 6 is more efficient than the older versions.Does anybody know how Cubase SX3 stacks up against Sonar?
