Recording Organ and choir?

Topic Recording Organ and choir?
I realize this is a little unique but...
Any tips on recording an organ and a choir? Should I have relatively close mics for the choir and ones farther out for the organ? In my recording the choir came out okay but the organ sounded really soft. :/ I was using an SM 57 (in an attempt to get more directionality) and a SM58 copy. Any ideas? Thanks.
