Elektron have announced new sounds available for the Octatrack.
Together with Loopmasters you can know get some Dubstep and Electro sounds for your Octatrack sampler. Next to this news Elektron also have a program going so you can upgrade your Machinedrum SPS-1 MKII to SPS-1UW+ MKII.
Introducing Octa-Paks
The audio content producers Loopmasters have teamed up with Elektron for the release of two sample libraries for the Octatrack. The Octa Paks are custom built sets for the Octatrack filled with one shot samples and loops. The full Octa Paks are available for purchase from www.loopmasters.com.
- Octa Pak 1: Dubstep contains loops and samples “from the dark world of Dubstep.”
- Octa Pak 2:Electro features sounds “for the ever changing and expanding electro scene.”
Machinedrum SPS-1 MKII to SPS-1UW+ MKII upgrade program
Users of the Machinedrum SPS-1 MKII now have the opportunity to upgrade their machines. The upgrade will equip a Machinedrum SPS-1 MKII with the UW sample engine and a +Drive, transforming the SPS-1 MKII to a Machinedrum SPS-1UW+ MKII. The upgraded unit will also ship with a TM-1 interface and a USB cable. More details in the Elektron Online Shop.
