Haine Sonorr
« I love it! she and her sisters! »
Published on 08/27/14 at 13:30More details or other advice.
larger memory would have been on top, but "pitchant" with malice can scrape a few seconds.
UTILIZATION
Its use is very simple, a child could play live.
on the other hand when it created its own patterns, we discover the "small" power of the machine. the step mode is childish and quite sharp at the same time ...
After quite a few hours of use and hack / triturage we learn and understand Korg, I was "lucky" to learn about his little sister Korg ER mk2, so when I buy ESX, I have not been away from it and I could live back in the blubber of the machine.
I use it as midi sound master clock is "keyed" and I want to keep the clock for effects.
I use very little tubes because I use a lot effects and I think it "spoil" them.
I regret the lack of more "motion sequence" simultaneously.
SOUNDS
Apart synth sounds, I do not have great things to keep the factory sounds.
I like the sound it gives is "dry" and "clear" tape ... But it's not enough "fat" for bass, for example.
on the other hand must go easy on the tubes and the effects it quickly becomes a soup or you quickly grilled coil has its HP
Memory the samples are 44khz, I wonder if it had been 96khz sound terror that could have been! But the memory would not have followed.
OVERALL OPINION
I have since 2006, the only problem I have at the moment is the one that changed the values themselves. I tinker it looks to hold (see forum).
Other than that I love !!! Once you have the knack, it can create its own patterns and import your own samples. You can see more closely with the editor ESX Wave Organizer or not (it is a choice).
In short, if it was to buy I would do!
The BIG BLACK POINT is the Smart Media memory support, SM card is quite expensive compared to an SD ...
We can still save more lives on a 128mb card and ALL of the live (pattern / sample). Like that in case of failure / breakage; can have its live "saved."
