Thread help for isolation & grounding

1 help for isolation & grounding
hi!
new here.

i want to build up a studio with a friend of mine. we have a location wich isnt bad. there arent too many neighbors but still we want to isolate the rooms. its a larger hall and we want to kinda build a room in the room. are there not too expensive possibilities to ground this. and what are some good ways of isolation. we want to be able to turn the music in there up high.

any help is welcome.

check out "Building a Recording Studio" by Jeff Cooper (its $30 over on amazon right now). It covers all your bases at various budget levels and is very thorough. I definitely recommend it if you're going to be doing any serious building and want to do it right.
