i was wondering if anyone knew how to sample other peoples songs. i got a old school song and i want to put the chorus of the song in my song but i don't want the song's music mixed in with the new music i made i just want the vocals.
i tried mixing them together but i could still hear the other song in my new beat i made i just want the vocals can someone help me.
if you don't understand what im talking about think about how kanye west and all those other rappers be sampling older music. thanks

that takes some serious software. they have some karoke stuff thats kind of cheap, but seriously, without the song's original recorded tracks, its next to impossible to do it for free

Completely removing the vocals from the song is not possible. Try out doing it with audio editing software. Suggests FlexiMusic Wave Editor. In this software using either “Band Pass/ Stop Filter or channel mix†command you can eliminate the vocals to some extend. http://www.fleximusic.com/waveditor/overview.htm
