1 Compression and Bouncing Tracks
I am at a point in my recording adventure
where i need to bounce my drum tracks over to make room
for some backround vocals and what not...
the question i have is...should i add some compression
while i'm bouncing these tracks, or wait to do the compression
later on?
the band is a rough-edged punk style band, so over-producing
is definately not something we're wanting to end up with...
just a good, clean, well recorded sound i guess...hahaa
i'm really sketchy on compression all together,
so any help with this would be appreciated!

i'm using the built-in compressor effect on my ZOOM MRS-1608
if you need any more info, let me know and i'll provide it!
thanks for your time as always!!!
