Okay people i got an cool edit pro 2.1 and i have an philips karaoke mic and i am trying to make it sound decent useing my computer i have an soundblaster sound card whats some effects i can use to give it that rich sound like it was in an studio i have tryed some things but they dont sound right can anybody help me out

You'll wanna add a little reverb and eq it to taste, read this link, Tweak has some awesome advice on how to make your mix fit together. There's plenty of good reading on his site.
