I use this headset for over 5 years. I've tested it, most headphone "references". I have several beyerdynamic. I like this headphone for its isolation and its dynamics. This is a good quality / price ratio.
I use this headset for several years for the sound, mixing (in some cases), and during rehearsals. IT is not too tight head, and pads are nice. However, being a closed headphone, it tends to warm your ears after several hours of listening.
The headphone is solidly built and has a good life. In addition, I have not seen degradation over time.
The overall sound quality is good. However, this is not a neutral headphones. It has a bump in the extreme bass and a dip in the lower midrange. In addition, it is not highly accurate in the upper mid-range, but still retains the acute (handy for reverb tails). It has a very good insulation, allowing use in a noisy environment, or for the sound because there is little repisse.
