I find it very neutral (no exaggeration of any frequency in my opinion) and linear (that's why he called LINEAR??) And moreover it is closed.
I tested it on different sources and rendering is still very neutral. I do not find that embellish the sound and that's what I want. In short, anyone looking for a HiFi headphones with big bass, go your way. That, in my opinion, a studio headphones.
I use it mostly for the sound (vocals, guitar) but it can be used for verification of the mix quite effective (I prefer to mix with the monitor speakers but I must admit that there is no Unlike made except, of course, we do not perceive at all the global in the same way in both ears with enclosed under a headphone or on the contrary being the skull in the open air!)
I have another Sony headphones open and not so good for the return of the spectrum (no, it's not a ghost!)
