There was an entire rack of headphones available in the trial which notte the HD280-pro who got my vote (and that of my girlfriend) almost tied with the SONY MDR 7506 facing a AKG K241 and Beyerdynamic DT- 770. I was able to make a new comparison qqchose I already knew who I liked a priori. And, oh surprise. This is clearly, clearly better. Counsel, before any purchase, try this one.
Small problem: the entire rack, the only headphones that had problems with bad contacts were really cheap or sennheisers.

: I was really scared to require a preamp but for now I do not see the point. For example, connected to my sound card, if I put the volume up, there is enough power to have fun eardrums. On the line out of my discman (Sony D-EJ611) the volume is correct, even rather hard to prolonged listening.
I put 10 because at least it will encourage you to try it. I modulate my opinion in qq months maybe, when I paid 35 euros for new cables
