The appointment of INV Music Group, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, is designed to “introduce a singe point logistics and sales solution, ” and aims at “opening up a large number of new territories” for the two British brands. The agreement covers Germany, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech republic, Estonia, France, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Transnistria and the Vatican. All other European territories are covered by pre-existing distribution agreements, that remain unaffected by the INV Music agreement.
The INV Music Group agreement provides for central warehousing and distribution out of its headquarters in Hamburg. Additional satellite warehousing for southern and western Europe is located in Hungary and France. The agreement also sees INV Music Group covering off manufacturer’s product warranty and after sales service, as well as undertaking production of native language product catalogues for both brands.
