it reads thru my mixer which is a tascam m-08
the programs plays what i load in it but when i arm the next track to record it wont...it wont even read the mic

please someone help me..... my cool edit pro 2.1 wont read my mic which is coming thru tascam m-08 mixer...not even when i arm the track ...PLEASE HELP ME THANKS
