1 Greetings from WV
Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.

I'm a guitarist mostly although I run the soundboard (Mackie 32/8) at church and sometimes for other bands.

I have a small home studio set up in my garage. I call it the sweatbox because there is no AC.

Here is a picture of my setup.

Not much but it gets the job done.

My equipment:

Compaq Presario 1505US
Yamaha MG 10/2
n-Track Studio
Casio WK-1800
Roland MC-303
Carvin Vintage 16
Carvin DC135
EV Cobalt 4
Real Tube 4001
Digitech RP50
Digitech Tone Driver
Digitech Multi Chorus
Digitech Digidelay
Assorted odds and ends collected over the years.

The water heater keeps it hot and fluid.

I'm glad I found this site.

Nice digs, bro. I'm a worship leader myself.......

Is that a vintage water heater, or one of those killer new reissues? You know if you follow California earthquake building code and strap it to the walls, you'll get better sustain out of it.......

Thanks for the welcome.

The water heater is one of the very first digital modeling water heaters.

The water is heated digitally which means it's not as warm as the old tube driven water heaters.

Ha Ha, I work at a recording studio in Austin called The Sweatbox. We have been recording since 1993! Totally tape/op style stuff. We have a 16 track 1 inch Otari MX-70 and an old soundcraft board (1600). Personally I like to record on my 424mk2 4 track machine. bouncing is the way to go.
