As was his habit, EHX goes easier and offers great tremolo effective. 3 knobs, switch, foot control and that's it. Pulsar is fully analog and I never had to complain about this brand or even repair any pedal, and I've really put in shots. Little more that I have not yet had the opportunity to exploit: the stereo output.

UTILIZATION

Everything is easy to access, but it should probably several tests to enjoy good settings. Once found, this is just fun. No need for this manual Pulsar, honestly. I noticed that the reviews spoke of knobs too soft, I do not think so. For the EHX is even more firmly in place! We know that it is not making the most crazy with the best finishes, but it holds up and the Pulsar is handy. After that, it is sure that if you start to move the knobs to live it up in full must leave a little in every sense ...

SOUND QUALITY

The effect is quite realistic, at least it has the merit of not distorting the sound. The true bypass seems to work even if it will never be really. It's really nice to play the garage (or psyche) and give it another way, a more vivid color. On a Jazz, it really works very well. The sound is round and warm, what I do not really expect but it is not bad! It may lack some potato, coupling with a boost at times.

OVERALL OPINION

It would be quibbling to say that does not break is with a Pulsar. I redeem my eyes closed, and frankly 45 € is still not very expensive. The EHX brand esuie quite critical level assembly, finishing, quality but I've never had much to complain about their products, unlike BOSS example ... the price / quality ratio is unbeatable, and it remains intuitive ( what should be the case for more pedals). The only negatives are the lack of power (sometimes) and the shape knob that is used relatively little because it seems to have little personality. But frankly, these details are forgotten 5 minutes.
