This is an all-tube amp 5W (actually it is quite generous). Mine is equipped with a lamp in Electro-harmonix preamp.
No effects, no EQ, no standby, no effects loop, just one button:
The volume.
It lacks only a taste in my effects loop.

UTILIZATION

Setup could not be more simple: you plug it plays.
This is a great amp amp roots inspired blues of the 50's.
The sound is changed by pushing the volume, the more one grows more saturated ca.
One might think that is a power 5W perfect work at home but it's not the case in an apartment the amp is too noisy to be used properly. In a house against this ideal.
To ring really must go at least half of the race in volume. It has a clear sound up to 10h and then you end up with a good big distortion in the limit through the crunch.

SOUNDS

For blues and rock this amp is perfect. The problem is qu'evidement high volume we can not get clear sound.
The sound is much better to my taste when the amplifier saturates when j'enclenche my tube screamer.
It meets very well the sound of my Yamaha Pacifica.

OVERALL OPINION

I had a transistor amp before this one and the quality difference is obvious.
I can only recommend it because this amp proves that one can have quality equipment for cheap. At this price you can also afford a transistor amplifier with built-in effects but is it the same way?
I've seen on an amp Thomann Harley Benton of taking over the electronic valve junior.
It is the 98th, it might be a good alternative.
With the experience I would do this choice.
