« very well but could do better »
Published on 09/27/11 at 07:39lamps 15W amp input, an output for fat pedal not included but simple cross, making extra HP, not stand by no effects loop
UTILIZATION
an adjustable channel, volume, treble, mid, bass, gain, reverb and a small inter "fat"
you turn the pots a little and listen if the result is not found quickly the suitable one should try another amp
found on the internet forums with lots of examples of more or less good, but that test
SOUNDS
I like it I found after a few months that the grain was still a little too far and a lack of "clean" a brief blues well as the name indicates, moreover,
I tried several combinations of lamps and I stayed on three Telefunken AX7 sound became cleaner I recently changed the HP for Eminent cannabis rex and I really like the more round and warm with fine treble not aggressive low and neat and my tube screamer type pedal (home) goes much better for a light crunch
lace sensor pickups stratocaster deluxe everything goes though I prefer the intermediate positions (2 and 4)
Cort source with C57 pickups gibson jazz well if desired
the big crunch does not then the big m'emballent saturation it seems to me not his thing (but not mine either)
as it is now if I put 8 7
OVERALL OPINION
I resumed the guitar after many long years so I just bought a small secondhand peavey
I also played on a hot rod too powerful but that gave me lights on I want to find this one hand and still under warranty
I also knew I wanted a fender sound rather it is not necessarily the best home is not a defect but it is a different type that's all.
it is simple good classic rock blues sounds a bit weak next to HP for real clear sound but only use that I felt some do not complain.
a remake? can be but I changed things that were not binding but I prefer now there are many new models of low power lamps should try it because it is too powerful to play in a small room (the SCXD going much better)
good quality amp / right price (it is cheaper now) but think about his real needs and try before you buy
