UTILIZATION
- Ultra easy to use
- This gives a warm quickly with exceptional grain
- The manual is quite clear but I must say that given the simplicity of setup I have not much open.
SOUNDS
I mainly play on a fender stratocaster 1995 lonestar of texas special micro center and handle and dual Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates More at bridge.
The sound is perfect for blues, funk, jazz. You can have a fat sound with a lot of grain or crystal clear sound great.
The 4 HP provides a great dynamic to the sound, I tried the Blues Deluxe (version 2 HP) and the difference is really obvious.
on the other hand at saturation is very limited, for my part I add a fuzz when I go on the rock or pieces more muscular.
OVERALL OPINION
I bought it used last year, this is the first reissue of Blues Deville manufactured in the U.S.. I really struggled to find an amp with the sound I wanted (bold, vintage) and when I tried it I knew I finally had the good!
I love the warmth and grain of this amp.
The less it is really heavy, I do my gym every week to bring it in again ..
I paid € 600 hand, I tested a lot of amp (even much more) before making my purchase. The price / quality ratio is exceptional but the amp is hard to find used.
I will ever buy this without hesitation.
